Terms of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between the company VO7 STREET CHIC FZ LLC, Business Bay - Aspect Tower - Office 1101, PO Box 181921, Dubai - UAE, hereinafter referred to as "VO7," and customers of the website www.vo7.com. Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions and expressly declares acceptance by clicking the "Order Confirmation" button.

ARTICLE 1: SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF SALE

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on the screen (designation, price, quantity, color, product specifics, service costs) and expressly declares acceptance without reservation.

ARTICLE 2: ORDER VALIDITY

The offer presented on the website www.vo7.com is exclusively for individuals whose order does not exceed 300 Euros.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

VO7 STREET CHIC confirms the receipt of an order by an email titled "Order Registration." However, the sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by VO7 STREET CHIC, in an email titled "Shipment of Your Order," which will be sent to the customer no later than three business days after the order is registered. VO7 STREET CHIC reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly due to product availability, an issue with the received order, an abnormal order, a foreseeable issue concerning the delivery, or a dispute related to a previous order. In such cases, VO7 STREET CHIC will inform the customer no later than 5 business days after order registration and promptly proceed with the customer's refund. In case of unavailability of one of the products in an order, the rest of the order will be shipped.

ARTICLE 4: PRICES

VO7 STREET CHIC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect that were indicated at the time of placing the order, subject to their availability on that date.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS AND SECURITY

Payment is made only by credit card on a secure banking server. Credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted in plain text over the network. Payment is made directly to STRIPE and PAYPAL. As these organizations are based abroad, bank fees may be applied by the customer's bank depending on the type of cards.

ARTICLE 6: RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The products remain the property of VO7 STREET CHIC until full payment of the order.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMELINES

A maximum period of 3 business days after order registration may be necessary to dispatch the order. The ordered product is dispatched via the postal system, as Colissimo tracked mail, to the delivery address provided by the customer. Deliveries to Corsica are only made via Colissimo.

ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal conditions are provided in the "withdrawal policy," available by clicking this link and accessible on each page of the SITE via a hypertext link.

ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The customer undertakes not to copy or download all or part of the content of the website www.vo7.com, except with the prior and express authorization of VO7 STREET CHIC, which remains the sole owner of all intellectual property rights relating thereto.
