RETURN PROCEDURE
You have 14 days in which to make a return. The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, and the shoes must not have been worn.
In this case, the various steps are as follows:
- Put the item(s) in the packaging sent to you or in a parcel post that you can buy at a post office.
- Enclose the invoice that was sent to you by e-mail, or that you can download from your customer account at VO7 ( specify whether it's a size exchange or a refund.
We advise you to make your return with a tracking number and to email us this number to avoid any problems due to delivery to sav@vo7.fr.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
All returned items must be perfectly intact. On receipt of the parcel, VO7 will check that the returned goods are in perfect condition.
No returns will be accepted if the items returned have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, and if such use or damage renders the items unsuitable.
